    • PURPOSE: To obtain the titled substance, an intermediate for synthesizing a compound useful as a remedy for arrhythmia by a few processes easily, by treating a readily obtainable bromohydrin compound as a raw material with a base without using epichlorohydrin, a carcinogenic substance.
      CONSTITUTION: A bromohydrin compound [e.g., 1-bromo-2-acetoxy-3-(1-naphtoxy)propane, etc.] shown by the formula I (Ar is aromatic group; R is lower alkyl) is treated with a base, e.g., sodium methoxide, potassium hydroxide, etc. at about room temperature, to give a compound shown by the formula II. The amount of the base used is preferably equimolar to about 2mol based on bromohydrin compound shown by the formula I. The compound shown by the formula I can be easily synthesized by reacting a diol compound shown by the formula III with hydrobromic acid and a lower fatty acid shown by the formula IV.

    • 目的:为了获得标题物质,可以容易地通过用碱处理容易获得的作为原料的溴代醇化合物,而不使用表氯醇(致癌物质)合成可用作心律失常药物的化合物的中间体。 构成:用式I(Ar为芳基; R为低级烷基)表示的溴代醇化合物[例如1-溴-2-乙酰氧基-3-(1-萘氧基)丙烷等]用碱处理, 例如在约室温下的甲醇钠,氢氧化钾等,得到式II所示的化合物。 所用碱的量优选基于式I所示的溴代醇化合物等摩尔至约2摩尔。式I所示的化合物可以通过使由式III表示的二醇化合物与氢溴酸和低级脂肪酸 酸由式IV表示。

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for producing an epoxy compound, which can solve the problems of a method using a heteropolyacid, wherein an expensive heavy metal is used as a catalyst and the catalyst cannot be recovered; a method using a titanosilicate catalyst, wherein it has been reported that the reaction conversion rate of methacryl chloride or the like is low; a method passing through a chlorohydrylation process, wherein an olefin compound is produced as a by-product and the objective compound can not been obtained efficiently, in a process for obtaining a dichlorohydrin intermediate from methacryl chloride, and the like.
      SOLUTION: This method for producing the epoxy compound comprises halohydrylating an olefin with an N-bromo compound or an N-iodo compound in the presence of water, and then reacting the product with a base to close the ring. Thereby, the epoxy compound can efficiently and simply be obtained by the two step processes.
