摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate a wiper arm at a falling down state along a front edge of a front wind shield without providing a large-sized inclining motion driving device. SOLUTION: A base end of a main arm 5 is supported to a slider 3 and an engaging pin 5b is provided on an arm 5a for shaking a neck integrally formed to the main arm 5. When a parallel wiping out motion is performed, the engaging pin 5b is guided by a guide groove 10. Further, an engaging pin of a pivoting plate 12 supporting a sub-arm 8 constituting a parallel link is guided by a sub-guide groove 13 to retain an approximately standing state. When a wiper arm is accommodated, a guide block 14 is slid at a direction crossing a guide rail 2 and an accommodating motion acting grooves 14c, 14d are adjusted to respective guide grooves 10, 13 instead of parallel wiping out grooves 14a, 14b provided on the guide block 14. The respective engaging pins are guided to the respective accommodating motion acting grooves 14c, 14d by a movement of the slider 3 to incline and move both arms 5, 8 so as to become a falling down state.

Since the normal frequency is shifted to the lower frequency band area, a noise becomes a sound hardly sensed by a person and as a result, the noise of a whole system can be reduced.

In which case, since the mirror surface is a convex mirror, an arm part 25 is rotated in a direction Q around an axis 26 serving as a fulcrum, and the pin 34 is moved along the sides 15A and 15B of an engaging groove 15. As a result, even when a surface to be wiped is formed in an rounding shape, wiping ability is improved. Further, during washing of a car, even when the arm part 25 is rotated in a direction in which the wiper blade 43 is separated from he surface to be wiped, a pulley body 32 is moved together with the arm part 25, whereby a wire is not stretched.

Such possibility is resolved that a moving member is frozen or the surface of the mirror main body 3' is covered with ice to impair the reflecting function.

When the operating lever 23 is turned downward, the conduit 11 is pulled down to a housing position II from a constant position I, and the ring 14 is turned to the position (p1) from the position (s1). Therefore, the wiper is turned to the housing position P.
