摘要： The invention relates to a multiscrew, continuous mixing machine for plasticizable compounds with two screws, which rotate in a housing and which penetrate the cylindrical part of the housing that envelops the screw concerned and exhibit feed and metering sections and inbetween at least one homogenizing section and a mixing section, whereby the feed and metering sections are formed by intermeshing conveying screws, which rotate in the same direction and are arranged in the mixing elements, which are opposite the homogenizing and mixing sections and whose edges travel past each other with little clearance while rotating, whereby to form a chamber extending above the mixing elements, the edges maintain a distance from the part of the housing enveloping said edges that is significantly greater than the clearance. The mixing elements comprise process screw elements, whose lengths are in essence identical and which exhibit such a pitch that within the chamber the one process screw element feeds forward and the other process screw element feeds backward.

摘要： A screw type, polymeric material extruder with an elongated body having a cylindrical bore with a hollow screw in the bore, the screw having external and internal threads. A cylindrical body is within the internal threads, and the screw with the wall of the bore and with the cylindrical body forms, respectively, an external material flow chamber and an internal material flow chamber. The cylindrical body can have channels for heating fluid and for additives or dyes. The screw can have openings for feeding one material to a single extrusion head with one mouth by way of both chambers, or the chambers can be supplied with the same or different materials which are fed by way of the chambers to an extrusion head with two mouths for applying the latter materials separately.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing an extruded plastic product, the apparatus comprising at least one rotor (1) and at least one stator (2, 3) with a feed gap (4) provided between them, a groove (7) being situated on the other side of the feed gap (4), the groove pressing the material to be extruded out of the apparatus when the rotor (1) is rotated. The cross section of the groove (7) remains substantially unchanged. At the opposite side of the feed gap (4) there is positioned a countergroove (8) in such a way that a processing cavity consisting of the grooves (7), the countergrooves (8) and the clearance between them decreases at least partially continuously along the axis of the extruder. The deformation energy of the material can thus be kept as small as possible due to the unchanging cross section of the groove (7), and the material stays in the groove (7) due to the placement of the flights (7a, 8a). The material is made to mo ve rotatably, which enables the manufacture of a laminar plastic product (11). Further, materials that would otherwise be difficult t o process can also be extruded effectively.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for making a product to be extruded, and a n extruder. The extruder comprises at least two conical stators (1, 2) and at least one conical rotor (3) placed rotatably between t he stators. The extruder further comprises supply conduits (6, 7) for feeding the material to be extruded separately into the exterior and interior of the rotor (3). Each supply conduit (6, 7) is provided with a separately adjustable feeding device (9, 10) by means of which the amount of the material flow to be supplied can be adjusted. In such a case, the degree to which the space between the rotor (3) and the stator (1, 2) is filled and the amount of the heat generated by the friction can be regulated. Further, the ratio of the material flows in the different supply conduits (6, 7) determines the ratio of the thicknesses of the layers obtained. Therefore, the method and apparatus according to the invention make it possible to regulate the properties of the final product easily and in several different ways.

摘要： Disclosed is a cross-linked heat shrinkable film comprising an ethylene polymer resin which has a gel fraction of 5-40%. Furthermore, this film contains a glycerin fatty acid ester surface active agent in an amount of 2.0-8.0% by weight based on the total weight of the ethylene polymer resin, said surface active agent being present in an amount of 3.0-20.0 mg/m on at least one surface of the film. This film has characteristics adaptable to speeding-up of continuous packaging machines, namely, a proper coefficient of dynamic friction and hot tack sealability, with maintaining appearance of the film after being shrunk, such as heat shrink characteristics, fog resistance and gloss.
