摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion spring wherein a straight lining wire is used in such a manner that when the body weight of a person is applied to the wire, only a portion thereof under the weight is allowed to deeply sag and hence a deeply seated feeling is produced, and there is no need having to bend the opposite ends of the wire since the wire is made hard to pull out by means of a clip. SOLUTION: A plurality of zigzag springs 1 made of a hard steel wire or a synthetic resin are disposed parallelly spaced apart at equal intervals, and lining wires 2 each comprising an elastic straight bar-like body made of a synthetic resin are caused to intersect the springs 1 at right angles at a plurality of locations. The spring 1 and the wire 2 are fixed to each other by a clip 3 at a location where both of them comes into contact with each other, thereby forming a cushion spring 6. The clip 3 is made of a metallic material, while the wire 2 is preferably made of a slightly softer material than that of the clip 3.

The shapes 7, 4 can extend adjacently to each other when inclined and therefore a mattress support can be made compact. Especially when the network body is stretched between the longitudinal shapes 4, 5, the support allows a more comfortable lying position. Also, a curved outer surface is formed for better appearance.
