    • The apparatus comprises peripheral rows (1 and 2) of teeth (T) arranged on rotatable cylindrical shafts (3 and 4). The teeth (T) on each shaft (3 and 4) intercalate so that an entrapment zone (Z) for waste material is formed thereat during contra-wise rotation of the shafts (3 and 4).     • PURPOSE: A floating oil recovery system is provided to prevent oil leaking on the sea from flowing out of a fence or an oil recovery unit by arranging the oil recovery unit in the center of the fence. CONSTITUTION: A floating oil recovery system comprises a fence(10), a main wire(20), a sub wire(22), a towing wire(30), an oil recovery unit(50), and buoyancy tanks(40). The fence has multiple cutoff plates and towing hooks. The towing hooks are installed on the front surfaces of the cutoff plates and are connected to the sub wire. The main wire connects vessels(1). The sub wire connects the main wire to the fence. The towing wire connects the oil recovery unit to the vessels. A first tank(60) is installed in the front of the oil recovery unit, and a second tank(70) is installed in the rear of the oil recovery unit. The oil recovery unit collects oil collected in the second tank. The buoyancy tanks are installed in the front and rear of the cutoff plates.

    • An oil skimmer is provided to effectively remove oil from stone or sand on the seashore as well as from the sea, using a wire instead of belt. An oil skimmer comprises a pair of drive rollers(20,30), a plurality of scraper through-holes(11), an oil collecting member(40), a driving means(50), a pair of gears(22,32), and a plurality of wires(60). The drive rollers are installed between supporting members. The scraper through-holes are formed on the front side of the supporting member. The oil collecting member is installed on the front bottom of the scraper through-holes. The driving means is connected to one of the drive rollers. The gears are installed to be engaged with the drive roller shaft. The wires are inserted in the scraper through-holes and form a closed loop by passing through between the drive rollers and hanging down to the lower side of the supporting member.
