摘要： PURPOSE: An information managing device, a system and a method for outputting information through a drag-drop operation on 3D(Dimensional) space, and a portable terminal are provided to offer an output service for object information through the virtual drag-drop operation by linking an object with associated information on the 3D space. CONSTITUTION: A database(30d) stores article information and service information. A communication tool(30a) communicates with a shop information device(20). A recognizing tool(30b) recognizes image data inputted from the shop information device and recognizes an ID expressed as a 2D barcode included in an image. A converting too(30e) converts the ID into a global ID and outputs the global ID to a search tool(30c). The search tool searches the database when an ID key in converted/output through the converting tool, and extracts/outputs related information to the shop information device through the communication tool. A portable terminal includes an imaging tool and a communication tool, and transmits/receives the image data.

Further, a first image forming apparatus is controlled to form images on sheets with image data of a group of image data which are for pages corresponding to image data having a first attribute, the group of image data including the image data having the first attribute, and image data having a second attribute, and a second image forming apparatus is controlled to form images on sheets with image data for pages corresponding to the image data having the second attribute.
