    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a control valve.SOLUTION: A control valve 1 includes a poppet valve 61 moving in an axial direction with respect to a sheet hole 21 and changing the flow channel cross sectional area of the sheet hole 21, and a spring board 40 resisting to a return spring 12 and biasing the poppet valve 61 in a valve opening direction. The spring board 40 has: a secondary pressure receiving surface 48 being a portion linking with the poppet valve 61, and receiving a secondary pressure guided into a secondary port 77; and a pilot pressure receiving surface 49 receiving a pilot pressure as a reference. The spring board 40 elastically deforms according to the differential pressure between the secondary pressure and the pilot pressure, to move the poppet valve 61 in the axial direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts to reduce manufacturing costs while improving assembling operability. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 14 made from an elastic material is provided in the interior of a body 12. The diaphragm 14 includes a body portion 48 having a seat member 54 that is seated on an inner tubular member 24 of the body 12, a retaining portion 50 disposed on an outer peripheral side of the body portion 48 and which is slidably displaceable with respect to the inner tubular member 24, and a skirt 52 that is retained on a flange 28 of the body 12.
