    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength selection optical switch having no dynamic crosstalk which may occur when an optical path is switched. SOLUTION: The optical switch comprises: a diffraction grating 2 which separates light emitted from an input light port 1 into different angles for every wavelength; a lens 3 which focuses the light having respective wavelengths separated with the diffraction grating 2 onto respective different positions; a mirror array 4 having a plurality of micro mirrors, of which angles are freely changeable respectively, provided at respective focusing positions for respective wavelengths focused with the lens 3; a plurality of output light ports 5 provided at emitting positions of respective light altered with the micro mirrors; a shutter array 6 provided closely to the incident position of light to the mirror array 4 and having a plurality of micro shutters to shield light; and a control part 7 which controls the micro shutters of the shutter array 6 corresponding to the micro mirrors of which angles vary to shield light incident to the micro mirrors.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light intercepting device which is compact and driven at high speed. SOLUTION: The light intercepting device 100 has a movable board structure body 110 and two magnets 122a and 122b. The movable board structure body 110 has a frame 111, a hinge 112 one end of which is connected to the frame 111, a movable board 113 connected to the other end side of the hinge 112 and a light shielding board 114 provided at the end part of the movable board 113. The light shielding board 114 is extended nearly perpendicular to the upper face of the movable board 113. The movable board structure body 110 further has driving wiring 116 provided on the upper face of the movable board 113 and a pad 117 for providing an electrical connection of the driving harness 116 with the external apparatus.
