摘要： A heat pump cycle includes a refrigerant circuit and a coolant circuit. A first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger are disposed between the refrigerant circuit and the coolant circuit. The first heat exchanger includes an exterior heat exchanger that functions as an evaporator in a heating operation, and a radiator for radiating heat of a coolant. The second heat exchanger transmits a heat of high-pressure refrigerant to the coolant in the heating operation. A temperature of refrigerant within the second heat exchanger is higher than a temperature of refrigerant within the first heat exchanger. The heat obtained from the second heat exchanger is supplied to the first heat exchanger through the coolant. Further, the heat obtained from the second heat exchanger is stored in the coolant. In defrosting operation, the coolant that has stored the heat therein is supplied to the first heat exchanger.

摘要： In a heat exchanger unit for conditioning a first fluid, particularly a refrigerant in an air conditioning system, including a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger includes first and second tube element units for heat exchange between a first fluid flowing through the tube elements and a second fluid flowing over the tube elements, wherein the first fluid is supplied first to the first tube element unit so as to flow upwardly therethrough and via an intermediate outlet connector to a compressor stage from where it is transferred to the top of the second tube element unit which is disposed above the first tube element unit and flows downwardly through the second tube element unit to an expansion stage wherein the energy released during expansion in the expansion stage is utilized for the compression of the first fluid in the compressor stage.

摘要： The assembly includes a pair of heat exchangers, each including an upper and lower manifold, parallel and spaced relative to one another. Tubes extend between each set of upper and lower manifolds with fins disposed between each of the tubes. A valve system controls fluid flow between the upper manifolds and the lower manifolds. The valve system is movable between a maximum cooling mode with fluid flow form the first upper manifold through both of the tubes and to said first lower manifold. A temperate mode allows fluid to flow from the first upper manifold to the first lower manifold and from the second upper manifold to the second lower manifold to prevent flash fogging. A maximum cooling mode allows fluid to flow from the second upper manifold through both of the first and second tubes to the lower manifolds.

摘要： This invention provides a cooling system comprising a thermosyphon for computer and electronic devices. The thermosyphon comprises an evaporator placed on top of a heat source, such as CPU. Heat from the heat source causes liquid coolant inside the evaporator to evaporate or boil. The resulting vapor enters a condenser and returns to a liquid phase. Cooling fins are attached to the condenser to facilitate heat transfer with the surrounding airflow. The cooling system and computer or electronic device fit within standard computer cases and high density server rack-mountable cases.
