    • The invention provides a compact multistage furnace of which the installation area in a factory is decreased. A multistage furnace is configured by piling up a plurality of furnace units in the vertical direction. Each of the furnace units includes an upper heater and a lower heater layered in the vertical direction and holding a heat insulator therebetween, a support pipe disposed on one end of the upper heater and extending in the horizontal direction, a support pipe disposed on other end of the upper heater and extending in the horizontal direction, and a plurality of work support bars mounted over the support pipes. The back surface of a work supported by the work support bars is opposed to the upper heater and the front surface of the work is opposed to the lower heater of the adjacent furnace unit disposed above.

    • The continuous firing furnace includes: a single or a plurality of heating units (120), each of which includes a casing (120b) provided with a through-hole (120a) in a transport direction of a material to be heated, a heating section (160) that heats the material to be heated, and a movable section (150) that is provided at a lower portion of the casing and that supports and allows the casing to move in a horizontal direction, wherein through-holes are formed so as to be able to communicate with each other in the transport direction; a single or a plurality of cooling units (122) configured to cool the material to be heated, each of which includes a casing (122b) provided with a through-hole (122a) in the transport direction of the material to be heated, and a cooling section (170) that cools the material to be heated, wherein through-holes are formed so as to be able to communicate with the through-holes of the plurality of heating units; and a pressing section (124) configured to press the single or the plurality of heating units and the single or the plurality of cooling units in the transport direction. The heating units, and the heating unit and the cooling unit are connected to each other by pressing of the pressing section.

    • This invention relates to a gas blowing nozzle for blowing a gas to a molten metal in a furnace, the gas blowing nozzle including: a first nozzle section including a plurality of first narrow metal pipes having open furnace-side tips exposed to an inside of the furnace and being in the state of capable of blowing a gas to the molten metal in the furnace, a first surge tank communicated with the first narrow metal pipes, and a first refractory protecting the first narrow metal pipes and the first surge tank; and a second nozzle section including a plurality of second narrow metal pipes, a second surge tank communicated with the second narrow metal pipes, and a second refractory protecting the second narrow metal pipes and the second surge tank.
