    • PURPOSE: A lid for a metal melting furnace is provided to easily discharge molten metal by facilitating the opening of a crucible. CONSTITUTION: A lid for a metal melting furnace(1) comprises a pouring body(2) and first to third lid bodies(3,4,5). The pouring body is installed on the body of a metal melting furnace and pours metal into a crucible(12). The first and second lid bodies are rotationally coupled to both sides of the pouring body and cover the top of the crucible. The third lid body is fixed on the pouring body and the first and second lid bodies and covers the upside of the crucible that is not closed by the first and second lid bodies. The pouring body has an inclined inlet(21), an outlet(22), and a turnable closing hole(23).

    • PURPOSE: A polysilicon refine furnace is provided to improve the purity of a polysilicon by eliminating impurity included in the polysilicon by supplying reaction gas reacting to the impurity through a gas inlet pipe. CONSTITUTION: A polysilicon refine furnace(1) comprises a tank, a top cap(20), a crucible(30), a heating member(40) which comprises a first, a second, and a third heating portions(41,42,43), an insulator(50) which is allowed between the tank and the crucible, and a cooling member(60) which cools the lower part of the crucible. The temperature of the first heating portion is higher than the temperature of the second heating portion to coagulate a polysilicon from the lower part of the crucible to the top part of the crucible. The temperature of the second heating portion is higher than the temperature of the third heating portion.

    • A melting furnace system is provided to minimize damage of the platinum crucible and maximize heating and melting effects of the platinum crucible by installing heating elements at left and right sides of a direct upper part of a platinum crucible, and increase productivity by removably installing an individual connecting terminal on each of the heating elements, thereby exchanging the heating elements during operation when the heating elements are abnormal. A melting furnace system comprises a platinum crucible(10) of which an upper part is opened, and which is mounted on inner parts of an upper refractory(2) and a lower refractory(3), wherein heating elements(4) are mounted on the upper refractory and installed right above wall surfaces of the platinum crucible, and a cooling device(11) is installed on the platinum crucible. The heating elements have contamination blocking walls(8) installed on lower parts thereof such that air inlets(9) are installed in the proximity of the contamination blocking walls. The upper refractory has an exhaust port(5) and a partition installed thereon. The platinum crucible has a diaphragm(12) installed on an upper portion thereof. The platinum crucible has a discharge pipe installed on one side thereof. The discharge pipe has a heater installed thereon.
