    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of efficiently discharging a gas of high temperature from a heating chamber before a door of the heating chamber is opened, and to early open the door. SOLUTION: A steam cooker 1A comprises an external circulation passage 40 outside of the heating chamber 20 in which a heated object F is put. In an air blower 25, the air current for sucking the gas in the heating chamber 20 to allow the sucked gas to flow back into the heating chamber 20 again, is formed in the external circulation passage 30. The external circulation passage 30 has an exhaust port 32 at a downstream position of the air blower 25, and a damper 45 is mounted on the exhaust port. The damper 45 closes the exhaust port 32 during cooking, and opens the exhaust port 32 when the door 11 of the heating chamber 20 is opened. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas from a heating chamber 1 and combustion chamber 2 side is discharged via an exhaust tube 8 through an exhaust passage 6a to the rear upper part of a cabinet 7. On the other hand, hot air generated between a heating chamber 1 and an outer case 5 flows through a through hole 5b arranged on the top surface of the outer case 5 into a hot air venting guide 13 and then is discharged through the guide from the front opening 13a of a main body to the exterior. Accordingly, efficient discharging of the hot air can be accomplished.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal rise of temperature by providing an exhaust cover with large numbers of exhaust holes through which hot air is discharged from a heating cooker body provided on the upper part of an exhaust duct, a cover positioned on the upside of the exhaust duct, and an air pathway formed between the exhaust duct and the wall of a cooking chamber. CONSTITUTION:A heating cooker body 1 is housed in a cabinet 5, and a cooking stove 4 is placed above the cabinet 5. Hot air H from the heating cooker body 1 passes through an exhaust gas guide 10, and is discharged through the exhaust duct 11 from the exhaust holes of an exhaust gas cover 6. On the other hand, cold air C comes in by natural convection from a suction hole 12 provided on the front of the cabinet 5, flows along the wall 9 of a cooking chamber, passes through the back of the exhaust duct 11, and is discharged from the air holes of the cover 8. The wall 9 of the cooking chamber is cooled by the cold air C and the upside of the cover 8 is further cooled. The abnormal rise of temperature due to the staying of hot air on the cover and the heating of the cooking chamber can thus be prevented.
