    • PURPOSE: A residence time calculation method for coal in a coal gasifier, and a reactor length calculation method for the coal gasifier are provided to predict the partial pressure of a reagent inserted into a reactor. CONSTITUTION: A residence time calculation method for coal in a coal gasifier comprises the following steps: calculating a collision probability factor showing the reaction speed between the coal and a reagent(S10); inputting activation energy of the reagent(S20); inputting a pore structure factor of the coal(S30); and calculating the residence time of the coal by applying the collision probability factor, the activation energy, and the pore structure factor to a random pore model(S40).
    • 目的:提供煤气化炉煤的停留时间计算方法和煤气化炉的反应堆长度计算方法,以预测插入反应器的试剂的分压。 构成:煤气化炉煤炭停留时间计算方法包括以下步骤:计算煤与试剂反应速度的碰撞概率因子(S10); 输入试剂的活化能(S20); 输入煤的孔结构因子(S30); 并通过将碰撞概率因子,活化能和孔结构因子应用于随机孔模型来计算煤的停留时间(S40)。
