The invention lies in the fact that: one frame half (4) is braced against a first side wall (6L) of a trough (6); the other frame half (5) is braced against the second side wall (6R) of the trough (6) by a wedge (7); the wedge (7) can be tightened by screws (8); and the concrete plate (2) is produced using concrete mixed in situ.
