    • 본 발명은 환봉 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 연속적으로 공급되는 환봉을 절단하는 환봉 절단장치에 있어서, 선단에 형성된 통공을 통해 연속적으로 공급되는 환봉을 안내하는 서브프레임과; 상기 서브프레임의 일측에 형성된 장착부에 장착됨과 아울러, 상기 서브프레임의 상부에 구비된 가압부재의 가압에 의해 상기 환봉을 절단하는 절단수단과; 상기 절단수단에 인접하여 상기 장착부에 장착되며, 상기 절단수단의 상부커터에 대응하여 하부커터를 구비함과 아울러, 상기 상,하부커터에 의해 절단되는 환봉이 유동되지 않도록 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 절단수단 및 고정수단의 상,하부커터의 교체 작업을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 상기 절단수단 및 고정수단이 일체형 형태의 조립체로 이루어져 상기 서브프레임의 장착부에 인출가능하게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환봉 절단장치를 제공한다.
      상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명을 제공함으로써, 장기간 절단 작업을 통해 소모되는 상부커터가 가이드공을 따라 용이하게 인출되므로 간편하게 교체함은 물론 작업 시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 작업성 및 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
