    • 본 발명은 자동차의 냉매 압축기를 작동시키기 위한 압축기 풀리의 제조방법과 그에 의한 압축기 풀리에 관한 것으로, 철판을 이용한 단계별 냉간단조에 의해 에어컨 풀리를 제조함으로써 제조원가를 절감하면서도 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하려는 것이다.
      공정을 살펴보면 준비된 강판을 피어싱하여 원형이면서 중앙에는 원형의 통공(10)이 형성된 소재(1)를 준비하는 공정과; 중앙에 축공(11)이 형성됨과 동시에 내관체부(20)와 외관체부(30) 및 연결부(40)가 형성되게 하는 공정과; 축공(11)의 끝단에는 직경이 더 작은 소직경부(12)가 형성되도록 하고 아울러 연결부(40)의 두께가 좀더 얇게 형성하는 공정과; 외관체부(30)의 일측에는 외관체부(30)의 두께 중앙부를 가압하여 요부(31)를 만들어 가장자리가 벌어지게 하고 반대측에는 두께가 줄면서 외경이 늘어나도록 하는 공정과; 일측의 요부(31)를 더욱 크게 형성하고 반대측에는 두께를 더욱 줄이면서 직경을 더욱 크게 만드는 공정과; 일측 요부(31)를 사각단면에 가깝도록 형성하면서 반대쪽에도 요부(31')를 형성하는 공정과; 양측 요부(31)(31')를 완성하고 외관체부(30)의 길이를 좀더 늘여 내관체부(20)보다 좀더 돌출되도록 함으로써 외형의 포밍을 완성하는 공정과; 전조공정으로 벨트부(50) 외면에 벨트홈(51)이 형성되도록 하는 공정; 으로 이루어진다.

    • A forming method of a clutch shaft for a side mirror is provided to seek the standardization of the products by sequentially forming a shaft part and a flange part through cold forging and forming a ring groove through rolling, thereby minimizing a dimensional dispersion between the products while enabling products to be mass-produced. A forming method of a clutch shaft for a side mirror comprises the steps of: cold forging a portion of a cylindrical matrix(10) to form a shaft part(20) with a small diameter; cold forging a portion of a non-formed part on one side of the shaft part to form a tapered diameter-expanded shaft part(30) with a large diameter; cold forging a non-formed part on one side of the diameter-expanded shaft part to form an expanded disc type flange part(40) and form an extending shaft part(50) on one side of the flange part; and rolling a part in proximity to an end of the other side of the shaft part to form a ring groove(60). The matrix, shaft part, flange part, and extending shaft part have diameters of 3.8 mm, 2.45 mm, 6 mm, and 5 mm respectively. The rolling process is performed by advancing the end of the other side of the shaft part between a pair of rollers oppositely disposed to each other to form a ring groove.
