    • The present invention is a device for obtaining an electrical signal from a patient that corresponds to a meridian. One embodiment of the present invention comprises an ergonomically pistol grip device that reduces fatigue by the placement of the head and motor and other key components. Another embodiment of the invention is the location of a fan and sound-deadening foam to limit the noise and heat to which the user is exposed during operation of the probe. Embodiment is the isolation hood which contains a removable tip and ergonomically design to prevent user fatigue and comfort to the patient.

    • A method used for a biomedical system is disclosed. The biomedical system includes an RFID apparatus and a reader apparatus communicating with the RFID apparatus. The RFID apparatus includes an electrode disposed adjacent to an acupuncture point and a motion monitor device including an accelerometer, a gyrocompass, or a pressure sensor. The method includes sending command information to the RFID apparatus from the reader apparatus; obtaining acupuncture impedance or bio-potential data through an electrode; providing nerve stimulation therapy by the RFID apparatus according to the command information, or using, by the RFID apparatus, the accelerometer, the gyrocompass, or the pressure sensor to obtain measurement data according to the command information; and submitting the acupuncture impedance/bio-potential data or the measurement data to the reader apparatus by the RFID apparatus.

    • A bio-impedance measurement apparatus includes a flexible band member fastened around a body portion, two probe sets attached to the flexible band member, a measurement device, and a wireless device. One probe set includes a probe having a tip portion for piercing the skin of the body portion to be located adjacent to an acupuncture point. Another probe set, used as an electrical ground, includes a probe that contacts the reference skin. The measurement device is disposed on the flexible band member and electrically coupled to the two probe sets to provide an impulse current signal to the acupuncture point. The measurement device amplifies and measures the voltage response across the acupuncture points and the ground. The amplified signal is converted to a digital signal for Fourier transformation. The wireless device, coupled to the measurement device, transmits the acupuncture code and impedance information to a remote monitor station.

    • The invention concerns to area of pharmacy, biological physics and biodiagnostics, more exactly to development of preparations having ability of magnetic-resonance exposure on micro- and macro organisms with the purpose of activation and protection of their vital activity in conditions of ecological environment at the expense of individual selection of such preparations with the help of the special device. The problem of stability of exposure on biological object with the simple and very habitual for use, universalised, portable, marked if necessary, agent of activation of vital activity of biological object at an ecological level is not solved in any known development. Therefore the first task of the present invention is the creation of universal portable preparation for activation of vital activity of biological object with the help of the physiological carrier capable to be marked, to work in a wide range of an electromagnetic field (EMF) and to keep stable initial properties for a long time during storage. Other task is the creation of a similar preparation capable to work in a wide spectrum of a variable magnetic field (VMF). Both types of preparations are capable to activate the vital activity of organisms, intensifying energetic activity of organism, including accelerating elimination of the harmful foreign agents. Those or other preparations are chosen with the help of the magnetic resonance device capable to find out the foreign agent in the organism being investigated.
