摘要： A device for preventing a hip fracture includes: a shaft having a first end and a second end and an expanding means for engaging the femoral head at the first end. The shaft is positioned in a hole of a predetermined depth in a femur. The hole extends from the greater trochanter to the femoral head of the femur, such that the first end is positioned in the femoral head and the second end is positioned in the greater trochanter. The device is oriented substantially perpendicular to the long axis of the femoral shaft.

SOLUTION: This removable closure unit for axial bone consolidation implants 2 is provided with a main body 3 which is substantially axially symmetrical, an internal seat 5 provided at a first end 4 of the main body 3 for coupling to a movement tool and coupling elements 7 provided at a second end for coupling to a terminal receptacle 8 of the axial implant 2. The coupling element 7 includes a groove 9 which has a substantially helical shape and a stem 10 which also has a substantially helical shape which is complementary with respect to the groove 9 and is accommodated with play within the groove 9. The stem 10 can be deformed elastically from a free configuration, in which it protrudes outward with respect to the groove 9, to a configuration deformed by radially oriented external actions, in which it is completely inserted within the groove 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a ventriculus or a pathway within a bone, especially corpus vertebrae (not restricted only to this) or expand the pathway in the formed ventriculus coxa, and also administer to the bone by a better method a therapeutic matter.
