摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a roll which can be manufactured easily and can be handled easily by a simple constitution, by consituting so that a bar-like magnet body for attracting a developer such as a mgnetic toner, etc., and a bar-like or plate-like magnet body holding a developer are held in the circumference of a roll shaft by use of a holding layer made of synthetic resin having specific hardness. CONSTITUTION:A metallic mold 12 having a round hole 17 is placed on a metallic mold 11 provided with a cylindrical base 14 which has an insertion hole 15 of a roll shaft 1 in the center part, and has each insertion hole 16 of a bar-like magnet body 2 for attracting the developer and a bar-like magnet body 3 holding the developer in the circmference of said hole 15, and the roll shaft 1 and said bar-like magnet bodies 2, 3, on which an adhesive agent has been applied are inserted into each insertion hole of the base 14 and are erected. Subsequently, an upper metallic mold 13 which is provided with a cylindrical base 18 of the same type as the lower metallic mold 11 and has a resin injection hole 21 is placed, and all the metallic molds are sealed tightly. Subsequently, its heating and hardening are executed by injecting reaction injection molding foamed urethane, etc. from the injection hole 21. When a magnet roll 5 obtained in this way is concentrically inserted through a sleeve 6 made of Al, etc. and is tightly stuck, a magnetic brush developing roll 10 is completed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To generate corrosion preventing electric current on the surrounding face of pile even at the time of ebb tide, by covering water absorbing substance able to impregnate sea water and protective sheet on the surrounding face of splash tide zone of steel tube pile and making so as to dip a part of the sheet etc. in the sea water and moreover, attaching low electric potential metal piece on the surrounding face of the pile. CONSTITUTION:The porous sheet 1 is covered in longish direction along the upper.lower part centering around the sea face between high tide and ebb tide time (splash tide zone) of the steel tube pile 5 and the protective sheet 2 is covered on the shett 1 and then, the overlapped part 3 is stuck by adhesives and moreover, covered part is tightened by the stainless band 4. The metal piece 8 having lower electric potential than the pile 5, is attached on the lower part of the pile 5 and the water equipment 6 is attached on the upper end part. Sea water is permeated and risen up from the sheet 1 part in the sea water by surface tension or capillary phenomenon and surrounding face of the pile is made at the same condition in the sea water. Accordingly, anticorrosion electric current is turned on between the pile of this part and the low potential metal piece 8 and anticorrosion of splash tide zone of the pile is maintained.
