    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the effect of difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion by disposing a permanent magnet contiguously to one exciting ring while spacing one surface of the permanent magnet apart therefrom and spacing the bonding face of magnet in a bonding unit. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 42, a pole body 62 and an exciting ring 61 are made of different materials and thereby they have different coefficents of the thermal expansion. Consequently, each interface of the ring 61 and the pole body 62 is susceptible to stress. When the stress is not suppressed, strain is generated in the ring 61 and the pole body 62 and the performance thereof is deteriorated. In order to prevent the deterioration, the magnet 42 is disposed through a small gap 65 with respect to the base part 64 of the ring 61. Furthermore, in order to minimize the stress of thermal expansion, the quantity of adhesive material 66 is minimized and the bonding face 63 on the bottom side of the magnet 42 is employed as a 1 base covering a small region. The pole body 62 is bonded to the other pole body of the magnet 42 or the bonding face 63 thus constituting a magnet unit 68. In order to suppress the stress on the interface due to temperature variation, the pole body 62 is bonded to the magnet 42 in a small region of the bonding face 63.
