摘要： An alignment mark includes a first mark usable for global alignment measurement in the direction of a scribe line, and a second mark usable for pre-alignment measurement in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the scribe line. The first mark is formed by arranging a plurality of strip-shaped X measurement marks whose longitudinal direction is perpendicular to the direction of the scribe line. In the second mark, strip-shaped second measurement marks are arranged at the two ends of the first mark such that the longitudinal direction of the second measurement mark is perpendicular to that of the first measurement mark. The alignment mark can be shared by global alignment and pre-alignment, and applied to a narrow scribe line.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing process by which a pellet-shaped nonionic alkylene oxide resin can be obtained in a manner which is excellent in stability, economical efficiency and productivity and easy, wherein the pellet-shaped nonionic alkylene oxide resin, as a high-molecular material useful in a variety of applications, has a suitable molecular weight Mw and physical properties and is also excellent in the stability of the physical properties and further is also excellent in the handling property after the manufacture. As a means of achieving this object, the process for manufacturing a pellet-shaped nonionic alkylene oxide resin, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: obtaining a nonionic alkylene oxide resin having fluidity by volatilizing a solvent from a nonionic alkylene oxide resin solution obtained in advance by solution polymerization; and then pelletizing the nonionic alkylene oxide resin having fluidity.

摘要： An exposure apparatus for exposing an object to light. The apparatus includes a camera which captures an image of a mark on the object to obtain image data corresponding to the image, an extraction section which extracts an edge position in the image data obtained by differentiating the image data, a determination section which determines a position of the mark by comparing the extracted edge position with a template, and a control section which changes at least one of a parameter used by the extraction section and a parameter used by the determination section, based on a result of the comparing by the determination section. The object to be exposed is positioned based upon the position of the mark determined by the determination section.

摘要： A digital still camera includes a lens unit and a camera body. The lens unit has a photographing lens, and a CCD for image pickup by detecting object light from the photographing lens. The camera body has a lens mount portion adapted to loading of the lens unit, and a camera contact for electrical connection with the lens unit. The lens unit has a lens unit coupling portion, engageable with the lens mount portion, for removable loading on the camera body. A lens connection contact touches the camera contact when the lens mount portion is engaged with the lens unit coupling portion, for electrical connection. A circuit board is connected with the CCD, has a first surface opposed to the camera body. The lens connection contact is mounted on the first surface. In preferred embodiment, a bayonet mechanism couples the lens unit coupling portion with the lens mount portion.

摘要： A classifying method according to an eye form considers the eye form feature as an important factor, to provide an eye cosmetic treatment method for appropriately and quickly making up the eye so that the eye balances and looks large and attractive according to the type categorized by the classifying method. A makeup tool is devised by integrating an eye form feature analyzing method with a form shaping method by markup. An eye form classifying method uses as indexes, three forms, i.e., the eye frame form showing the shape of the eye contour, the eye form showing the three-dimensional shape of the eye, and the angle form of the inner corner and outer edge, the eye forms are classified.
