摘要： The present invention provides a top emission type organic light emitting display apparatus in which manufacture it is possible to prevent the organic film from being oxidized when the upper transparent electrode is formed, and which is capable of emitting light at a low voltage. This organic light emitting display apparatus includes an organic light emitting layer and an upper electrode and a lower electrode sandwiching the said organic light emitting layer between them, and is of a structure in which the light emitted from the organic light emitting layer is taken out from the upper electrode side, wherein a buffer layer mostly made of an oxide with its Gibbs free energy generated at around the melting point being lower than −300 kJ/mol is provided between the organic light emitting layer and the upper electrode, the side of the organic layer which is in contact with the buffer layer being doped with an electron donative dopant.

摘要： Conventional light-emitting elements, in particular an organic electroluminescence devices, involve problems resulting from a low light extraction efficiency of 20% or less, because of limitations on light emission set by total reflection angle on an organic layer or transparent electrode as the component, and are demanded to have improved luminance and other optical characteristics which depend on viewing angle. The present invention provides an organic electroluminescence device which can improve a light extraction efficiency and thereby reduce operational current and power consumption by incorporating a laminate of optical thin films of low refractive index and having pores whose size is controlled at a level equivalent to or shorter than visible wavelengths, because the light components totally reflected to become wave-guided or reflected light in a common device can be extracted as light scattered by the pores.

摘要： A steam sprayer is used in ironing textile products, including clothes. The steam sprayer is user-friendly and offers highly effective ironing. A vaporizing chamber generates steam by vaporizing water stored in a tank. A water-supplying unit supplies the vaporizing chamber with the water. A steam-ejecting section spouts the steam outside. The steams-ejecting section includes a ironing surface with high frictional resistance characteristics. When touching the ironing surface to clothes or other fabrics for ironing, a pulling force is caused by the frictional resistance, which is a preferable wrinkles-off effect. Thus, the steam sprayer offers a synergistic effect brought by spouting the steam and applying the pulling force to clothes, thereby neatly fixing the form of clothes.

摘要： An improvement in a flat type cable suspension structure which comprises a support structure comprising an upper support member and a lower support member vertically spaced from the upper support member and fixedly secured with respect to the ground, and a flat type jacketed cable extending crosswise with the support structure. The flat type cable extends downwardly through the spacing between the upper and lower support members toward said lower support member in such a manner that one face of the cable has a portion abutting against the rear side of the upper support member and the other face of the cable has a portion abutting against the front side of said lower support member. An exposed extension stemming outwardly from a tension member buried in the jacket of the cable is securely hooked over and held in a tightly suspended state on a hanger member provided on the front side of the upper support member. The cable suspension structure can effectively prevent sway and swing of the flat type cable assembly so that it can maintain a stable suspension over a prolonged period of time.
