摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter and a device for reading out and a device for data communication for reducing burden on an operator and making operations efficient by decreasing time for reading out histories of cutoff and alarms. SOLUTION: In the gas meter 1, calculation of measured values of gas and the cutoff of the gas or a variety of warning are performed, and situations of occurrence of the cutoff of the gas or a variety of the alarms are recorded as information of the histories. The information of the histories recorded can be read out from the device 3 for reading out with the communication. The gas meter 1 comprises a reed SW 19, a display lamp 18, and a part 17 for communication control. The reed SW 19 receives commands of readout of the information of the histories from the device 3 for reading out. The display lamp 18 transmits the information of the histories recorded in a part 20 for memorizing data of the gas meter after the commands of the readout are received. When the display lamp 18 transmits the information of the histories, the part 17 for the communication control changes communication speed from the communication speed when the reed SW 19 receives the commands of the readout.
