摘要： PURPOSE:To establish a flowrate range for correcting a variable output of a flowrate sensor by obtaining a frequency of generation of a predetermined flow rate of a plurality of flowmeters at each predetermined time and a ratio of counted flow rates of generated flow rate to total counted flowrate. CONSTITUTION:Flowmeters 4a-4c, when detecting flow rates, sends unit flowrate signals to a flowrate data acquisition unit 3. The unit 3 stores the signals in a RAM, and analyzes the signal by a CPU, etc., based on an instruction of a terminal unit 2. That is, flowrate generating time information (frequency of generations according to a timely range) of a predetermined flowrate range in a predetermined time range of a unit flowrate signal is obtained, and stored in the RAM. Similarly, a ratio (presence probability according to timely range) of a predetermined flowrate of a flowmeter to a total flowmeter is calculated, and stored in the RAM. The frequency of generations according to the timely range.the presence probability according to the timely range of these analyzed results are displayed on a display of the unit 2. As a result, a flowrate range for correcting variable output of the sensor can be clearly decided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a flowrate data storage apparatus which can measure a flow rate for a long period and store its result. CONSTITUTION:A signal (pulse) indicating that a unit flow rate flows from a flowmeter 4 mounted at a tube 9 is output to processing means 6. The means 6 can alter a reference value to become a reference of a variation whether data is sent to memory means 8 or not. Accordingly, the value is so set as to be a variation width or more of a pulse interval generated due to a deviation, etc., of mounting, an operating interval of a computer, and hence a change of a flow rate is not regarded as having occurred with such the variation. As a result, if the flow rate is constant, it can process that the pulse interval is always constant, and unnecessary data is not stored in the memory means, and hence recording for a long period is obtained.

By using the consumption rate for each flowmeter obtained through flowrate analysis, maximum total consumption rate of the fluid per unit time by a plurality of user can be obtained. The selection of a regulator is done by using the consumption rate at each flowmeter. By this, the selection of regulator for supplying users with gas and the amount can be properly obtained. The pipe size as the base for supplying a plurality of users with fluid can also be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A flowmeter 4 outputs the gas flaw rate in a tube 9, each time a unit amount passes, with flaw rate signal as one pulse. Based on each peak value of the flow rate signal, the equipment being used is assumed. Then, when flaw rate changes, the time of its occurrence is stored. If increase takes place, the values of (ARA1) and (ARA2) of the column corresponding to the increased amount are increased by one, and in the case of decrease, the value of (ARRA2) is decreased by one. Thus, fluctuation of flow rate is accurately obtained, and based on the obtained data, individual equipment is identified even when multiple equipments are used at the same time.
