摘要： In a resource plan creating apparatus, a compatibility value between a task and computer hardware is calculated by a compatibility value calculating unit based on a performance value acquired by an acquiring unit. An estimated load fluctuation value of each service tree is detected by a detecting unit from an estimation waveform of load fluctuation of each service tree. An optimizing process is executed by an optimizing unit using the compatibility value and the estimation waveform of load fluctuation and optimal solutions of a first objective function to a fourth objective function are obtained. An inter-type distribution ratio calculating process of different types of computer hardware is executed by an inter-type distribution ratio calculating unit. A resource plan creating process is executed by a resource plan creating unit.

摘要： It is possible to eliminate the problem that a conductive part to a light source is subjected to stress by operation of a needle-pointer, thereby improving reliability. A needle-pointer type meter includes: an indicator plate having a first see-through portion and an indicator portion surrounding the first see-through portion; a rotary body having a second see-through portion corresponding to the first see-through portion; a drive device for moving the rotary body; a needle-pointer mounted on the rotary body and moving along the indicator portion around the first see-through portion; light sources illuminating the needle-pointer; and a display device for displaying predetermined information to an observer via the see-through portions. A plurality of light sources are arranged at an interval along the movement route of the needle-pointer. The needle-pointer is made of translucent material which emits light when receiving light from a predetermined light source of the plurality of light sources while moving.

摘要： According to the present invention, it is intended that the recording can be executed normally even against small vibrations to which a servo error signal detecting circuit cannot respond. A recording apparatus according to the present invention includes an optical head (12) for receiving a reflected laser beam (LREF) obtained when a laser beam (LIRR) is irradiated on a CD-R (10). This recording apparatus further includes a gate circuit (31) to which an output signal (SRD) of the optical head (12) is supplied and a level comparing circuit (34) for comparing a value of an output signal (DTAU) of this gate circuit (31) with a predetermined reference value (DTH). Upon recording, the gate circuit (31) is controlled in such a manner that a signal of a predetermined period τ may be outputted from the output signal (SRD) supplied from the optical head (12) to the gate circuit (31) as the output signal (DTAU). An output signal (SCMP) of the level comparing circuit (34) is outputted as a detected result of vibrations of the CD-R (10) or vibrations of the optical head (12).

摘要： Only the data sampled by a correct sampling clock is data processed. A PLL circuit 5 generates a sampling clock locked with a sync signal in a video signal and supplies to a sampling circuit 4. A lock flag indicating whether the generated sampling clock is correctly synchronized with the sync signal or not is also generated. The data multiplexed to the sync signal is sampled by the above sampling clock. The data is stored in a memory 7. The lock flag is supplied to a controller 2 and the data that is outputted from the memory 7 is made valid or invalid according to the level of the lock flag.

The switch timing of the rotary head is determined and the end of the second recording area is detected.
