摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and durable heat exchanger which can suppers the deformation of a refrigerant pipe, can prevent the increase of the pressure loss of a hot-water/water supply pipe, can prevent the deterioration of its heat-exchanging efficiency by securing a heat transfer area without requiring a significant design change. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted by spirally winding at least two pipes of the flat refrigerant pipe and the hot-water/water supply pipe having nearly the same cross section as the refrigerant pipe has by alternately heaping up the pipes and fastening end plates provided at both ends of the spairal to each other with bolts and nuts so as to cross-contact the pipes with each other. In the heat exchanger, the pressure withstanding strength of the refrigerant pipe against internal pressure is made higher than that of the hot-water/water supply pipe.

Furthermore, a dress washing device is added thereto as required, interlocking is performed on the completion of the whole operation of the devices 5, 7 and closes washing device to open the door 3. Thereby the inside of the room can be maintained in a clean state.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in heat exchanger effectiveness of a condenser by preventing an increase in condensing pressure in the case where a nonazeotropic refrigerant is used. SOLUTION: In a refrigeration system constructed such that a nonazeotropic refrigerant is circulated in a refrigerant circuit having a compressor 1, condenser 4, decompression device 5 and an evaporator 7, there are provided a pressure sensor 2 for detecting a condensation pressure of a refrigerant, and control means 41 for increasing a number of revolutions of a fan 4a on the condenser 4 when a condensation pressure of the refrigerant is higher than a predetermined value. Accordingly, even in the case where a nonazeotropic refrigerant is used which is liable to be high in pressure during running, reduction in temperature in the condenser is achieved by promoting heat exchange when an increase in a condensation pressure causes the condenser to be increased in temperature, whereby a heat exchange effectiveness of the condenser 4 is enhanced by decreasing the condensation pressure of the nonazeotropic refrigerant.

SOLUTION: An outdoor unit (air conditioner unit) (B) is evacuated while passed through an evacuating apparatus 95. When the outdoor unit has passed through preheating chambers 98, 99 and is guided into the constant temperature chamber 101, a vacuum pump 85 is operated and evacuation is carried out while the outdoor unit (B) is being exposed to high temperature dry air in the constant temperature chamber 101. The dry air is kept at a temperature of e.g. approximately 120 deg.C, and the outdoor unit (B) is continuously evacuated for a period of approximately 10 minutes while being slowly moved by the conveyor belt 97. Moisture adhering on inner surfaces of refrigerating equipment and refrigerant pipes which constitute a refrigerant circuit section can be easily evaporated.
