    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely carry out sanitary management of the inside of a room by providing a hand and finger washing device in a door-opening/closing device, and interlocking the completion of hand and finger washing with open of a door. SOLUTION: A door opening and closing system 1 is constituted of a door 3 provided in the non-contamination area of a kitchen or the like, a door opening/closing device 9 connected to a controller 11, a hand and finger washing device 5, and a footwear washing device 7. Before a person enter a room, an infrared sensor detects when a hand and fingers are inserted in the device 5, the controller 11 jets washing water for a prescribed time by a timer, and, after the hand and fingers are washed, jetting of washing water is stopped. Next, after the controller 11 judges whether the footwear of a user is immersed in sterilizer liquid of an immersion tank 29 by a sheet sensor 31, when it reaches the prescribed time by the timer, a control signal is transmitted to the device 9 to open the door 3. Furthermore, a dress washing device is added thereto as required, interlocking is performed on the completion of the whole operation of the devices 5, 7 and closes washing device to open the door 3. Thereby the inside of the room can be maintained in a clean state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of cooking solid food by throwing in, cook ing and taking out a large quantity of food at a time by removably storing a holder with plural horizontal shelves provided in a kettle in a cooker having a kettle for cooking food. SOLUTION: A cooking device installed in a kitchen of a hospital or the like has a kettle 2 which is a steam heating type jacket oven. The kettle 2 is formed by a stainless-made inner oven 22, the bottom of which is curved with a designated curvature and a stainless-made outer oven 23 surrounding the periphery of the inner oven at a designated space therefrom. Steam is supplied to a jacket space 24 between the inner and outer ovens 22 and 23 through a steam filling valve 29. In the case of heating a solid material in water or cooking the same, a holder 73 with plural disc shelves 76-78 constructed on a shaft 74 in the vertical direction about the shaft 74 is used, and food is placed on the shelves 76-78 and stored as it is together with the holder 73 to be heat- cooked.
