摘要： An object-region-data describing method for describing object region data relating to a time-series variation of an object region in video data including a plurality of frames, the method comprising obtaining a conversion parameter representing conversion from a reference object region into a target object, approximating a time-series variation of the conversion parameter by an approximate function, and describing the object region data using an approximate function parameter identifying the approximate function and information on the reference object region. Thus, it is possible to describe a region of the desired object in video data by a small quantity of data and facilitate generating the object regions and handling data on the object region.

摘要： According to an embodiment, an image processing device generates a three-dimensional image to be displayed on a display unit. The display unit includes a display element unit that has pixels each containing a plurality of sub-pixels arranged thereon and a ray control element unit that controls emission directions of rays emitted from the sub-pixels. The image processing device includes a first acquiring unit configured to acquire three-dimensional data for generating the three-dimensional image; and a generating unit configured to calculate, for each of the sub-pixels, a luminance value of the sub-pixel on the basis of an emission direction of a ray emitted from the sub-pixel through the ray control element unit and the three-dimensional data to generate the three-dimensional image.
