    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol container capable of always keeping its safety characteristic even when the container is placed at a location where direct sun shines and under an abnormal high temperature. SOLUTION: An aerosol container 1 is integrally formed with synthetic resin and a valve mechanism 10 is placed at a neck section 3n of a container main body 2. An outer circumference of the neck section 3n of the container main body 2 is provided is with a pressure releasing (a safety valve) mechanism such as a thin-walled section 7 opened by rupture when the inner pressure reaches a value more than a predetermined pressure. More preferably, a rupture film 17 acting to perform a pressure releasing function is connected to a pressure releasing thin-walled section 16 or window hole 16 at a side wall of a skirt pipe section 15. With such an arrangement as above, even if easily gasified liquid is stored in a container having a pressure releasing mechanism, rupture of the barrel section and dispersion of the valve mechanism or a nozzle segment or the like can be prevented as well.

In the advancing of the moving body 5, a protrusion 5d at one rear position of the protrusion 5c passes under a retaining piece 4a of the outer cylinder 4 to be retained with the retaining piece 4a. Then, the inner cylinder 6 moves backward by an energizing force of the coil spring 7 and returns to the original position.
