摘要： PURPOSE:To improve heat and corrosion durability of the exterior layer part of the fuel injection valve of a diesel engine and dependability of its internal layer part against inner pressure by making the valve a double structure one having ceramic layer in its exterior and using metal in its interior. CONSTITUTION:Metal is used for the internal layer part 1 of a nozzle tip while ceramics is employed for its external layer part 2, with both parts 1, 2 joined together by means of brazing, etc. throughout their gapped part 3. In the internal layer part 1, plural nozzle holes 4 are formed while in the external layer part 2 somewhat larger nozzle holes 5 are formed in the same direction, so that blowoff of fuel injected from the internal nozzle holes 4 may not be blocked. At this time, half of the fuel injection valve 6 is protruded into the combustion room, while the other half 7 is protected by means of external wall 8 of the combustion room. The fuel injection valve itself is fixed to the external wall 8 of the combustion room with a supporting part 9. Through this arrangement, improvement of heat and corrosion durability of the external layer part 2 and reliability of the internal layer part 1 against inner pressure are promoted.
