    • Disclosed are a method for a terminal performing coordinated multiple point (CoMP) operations to transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in a wireless communication system, and a terminal therefor. The transmission method for a terminal performing CoMP operations in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving information regarding whether a neighboring cell, which is not performing CoMP operations, is transmitting a particular reference signal (RS), and, receiving related information comprising at least one item of ID information from among items of identity (ID) information of the neighboring cell,; if the related information indicates the neighboring cell is transmitting the RS, mapping a PUSCH resource element (RE), taking into account the domain from which the RS of the neighboring cell is transmitted, from a previously installed PUSCH RE pattern; and transmitting, via a particular layer or port, the PUSCH, in which PUSCH RE is mapped, to a plurality of transmission points which are implementing CoMP.

Preferably, the at least one aperiodic RI corresponds to at least one component carrier wave in each of the serving base station and an adjacent base station in order for Coordinated Multi Point (CoMP) transmission of the serving base station and the adjacent base station, and the at least one periodic RI corresponds to at least one component carrier wave for non-CoMP transmission in the serving base station.
