摘要： An organic light emitting display device operates for an initializing period, a scan period and an emission period divided from one frame period. The organic light emitting display device includes: a data driver for supplying data signals to output lines; a connecting unit for selectively coupling a data line of data lines to a corresponding one of the output lines or an initial power supply, and being positioned between the output lines and the data lines; a second power driver for applying second power having a low level and a high level to pixels positioned at crossing regions of scan lines and the data lines; and a first control line commonly coupled to the pixels, in which each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, and an anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode is supplied with a voltage of the initial power supply for the initializing period.

摘要： A light sensing circuit, a method of controlling the same, and a touch panel including the light sensing circuit. In the method of controlling the light sensing circuit, including sensing light incident on a photodiode, generating current corresponding to the brightness of the sensed light, amplifying the current using a driving transistor, and outputting the amplified current, the ambient temperature is sensed, and a time period during which the light is sensed by the photodiode or the amplified current is output is controlled by the sensed ambient temperature. Thus, the sensitivity of the light sensing circuit may be constantly maintained without being influenced by the ambient temperature.

摘要： An OLED display device which has a peripheral circuit and a display area on the same substrate and provides enhanced gamma correction is disclosed. The OLED display includes a plurality of pixels, a resistor ladder, a predetermined number of voltage selectors, and a data driver, all of which are formed on the same substrate. The resistor ladder includes a plurality of resistors arranged in series between a highest reference voltage and a lowest reference voltage. Each of the voltage selectors includes a plurality of switches coupled to the resistor ladder at a plurality of nodes such that a reference voltage is selected from a plurality of voltages. The data driver is configured to convert a grayscale video signal to a data voltage using the selected reference voltage and to transmit the data voltage to one of the pixels.

摘要： An SRAM cell having a latch circuit including two inverters coupled in a chain format. Each inverter is coupled to power through a transistor, and the transistor is turned off when data is written to the SRAM. As a result, the data is easily written to the SRAM cell without data collision since performance of the latch circuit is degraded. Such SRAM cell may be used in a flat panel display to temporarily store digital signals corresponding to data signals for displaying video.
