The common control information is transmitted every subframe and includes information units with a predetermined data size, a format indicator representing one of preset options indicating the number of symbols occupied by the common control information, and information indicating the maximum number of the information units. The information indicating the maximum number of the information units is transmitted as a part of the common control information at a predetermined interval longer than or equal to one subframe.

The mapping table indicates that, when the number of the multiplexed users is equal to or less than a predetermined number, the Acknowledgement/Non-Acknowledgement information is associated with the I-channel or the Q-channel, and otherwise, the Acknowledgement/Non-Acknowledgement information is associated with the I-channel and the Q-channel.
