摘要： A raw material recovery method for recovering a raw material of an organic metallic compound, which has the property of being stable toward a specific refrigerant without being decomposed thereby, from exhaust gas discharged from a treatment container in which a metallic thin film is formed on the surface of an object to be treated by using source gas obtained by vaporizing the raw material is characterized by being provided with a solidification step for solidifying the unreacted source gas by cooling the exhaust gas by bringing the exhaust gas into contact with the refrigerant and reprecipitating the raw material, and a recovery step for separating and recovering the raw material reprecipitated in the solidification step from the refrigerant. To provide a method for controlling an exhaust gas flow rate so that flow of gas in a processing chamber becomes uniform.

摘要： An information record medium (1: DVD) has a record track (1a) to be reproduced by an information reproducing apparatus (S2). The information reproducing apparatus is provided with a read device (80) and reproduces audio information by a predetermined audio frame unit while relatively moving the read device along the record track recorded with at least the audio information by the audio frame unit. A plurality of audio packets (43, 202) are arranged along the record track, in each of which audio information pieces (207) constructing the audio information sampled by a predetermined sampling frequency and audio control information (203) for controlling a reproduction of the audio information pieces by the information reproducing apparatus are respectively recorded. The audio control information is provided with time management information (203f: PTS) for specifying a time, by a predetermined specification frequency, to manage a timing of outputting the audio information, which is included in the audio frame which head is positioned in the audio packet including the audio control information, in the reproduction by the information reproducing apparatus.

摘要： A method, computer readable medium, and system for vapor deposition on a substrate that maintain a first assembly of the vapor deposition system at a first temperature, maintain a second assembly of the vapor deposition system at a reduced temperature lower than the first temperature, dispose the substrate in a process space of the first assembly that is vacuum isolated from a transfer space in the second assembly, and deposit a material on the substrate. As such, the system includes a first assembly having a process space configured to facilitate material deposition, a second assembly coupled to the first assembly and having a transfer space to facilitate transfer of the substrate into and out of the deposition system, a substrate stage connected to the second assembly and configured to support the substrate, and a sealing assembly configured to separate the process space from the transfer space. The first assembly is configured to be maintained at a first temperature and the second assembly is configured to be maintained at a reduced temperature lower than the first temperature.

According to the recording apparatus of the present invention, there are recorded, on the information record medium of the present invention, data groups provided with data units having at least one of video information and audio information, and reproduction control information having the first identification information for identifying each data group; and the second identification information for identifying the data group to which each data unit belongs, is recorded in each data unit. According to the reproduction apparatus of the present invention, when there is selected a data group comprising data units, there are consecutively read out the first identification information for identifying the selected data group and the second identification information for identifying the data group recorded in the data unit, to which the data unit belongs, and there is reproduced information of the data unit having the second identification information identical with the first identification information.

摘要： An information reproducing apparatus has a read device, is capable of reproducing sub picture information and is also capable of performing a highlight display of the sub picture information. In an information record medium to be reproduced by this reproducing apparatus, at least the sub picture information and reproduction control information to control a reproduction of the sub picture information are recorded on the record track such that the sub picture information and the reproduction control information are divided into a plurality of groups. Each of the groups is a predetermined unit able to be accessed by the information reproducing apparatus, and has a sub picture pack in which the sub picture information is contained and a control pack in which the reproduction control information is contained. The reproduction control information includes (i) highlight display control information prescribing at least one of the highlight display of the sub picture information and an operation control corresponding to the sub picture information and (ii) time management information indicating times to manage a start time and an end time respectively of at least one of an effective time period during which the highlight display is effective and an effective time period during which the operation control is effective.
