    • PURPOSE:To display the faculty of a lead itself to enable the precise evaluation of its characteristics by arranging a binding plates in a direction crossing a section where a shearing strain occurs at right angles, and connecting the adjacent binding plates through a hinge so as to be rotatable round a shaft perpendicular to the section where the shearing strain occurs. CONSTITUTION:Binding plates 2 are arranged in a direction crossing a section, where shearing strain gamma occurs in the acting direction of shearing force as shown in the figure, at right angles. Namely in the case where the binding plates 2 receive external force as horizontal force, they are arranged so as to form a plane crossing a vertical plane including the acting direction of the external force at right angles. In addition to that, the adjacent binding plates 2 are mutually rotatably connected through a hinge 3 round a shaft vertical to a section where the shearing strain occurs, in this case round a shaft vertical to the vertical plane including the direction of the external force. Thus the binding plate 2 restricts the volumetric change of a lead itself as it freely follows the deformation of the lead itself.

    • PURPOSE:To make simple, but strong connection of beams feasible by a method wherein a connecting hardware in parallel crosses shape in dimensions roughly the same as the interior dimension of a closed section type steel column is inserted to the inside thereof and after this, end parts of beams are connected thereto with bolts screwed down to tapped holes that are provided in advance to the connecting hardware. CONSTITUTION:A connecting hardware 7 in parallel crosses shape in dimensions roughly the same as the interior dimension of a closed section type steel column such as a box column or the like is made up by casting and holes 8 are tapped on the end parts thereof. In a factory, the hardware 7 is inserted into the inside of the column 1 and after setting the same horizontal thereat, temporary fixing is made with temporary bolts inserted into bolt holes 9 that are bored in advance. After erecting the column 1 in a site, bolts 10 are inserted into connecting plates 11 and 12 on the end parts of steel beams 4 and are screwed down to the holes 8 of the hardware 7. The hardwares 7 may be inserted in advance in a plurality of stages with connection made with tie rods 7'. Thereby difference in level will not occur like in the case of conventional method where tightening is made with long bolts, making smooth transmission of stress possible and, at the same time, labor saving becomes possible in execution of work.

    • PURPOSE:To make easy execution of work possible in load transmitting pert corresponding to diaphragm by planting stud bolts to internal peripheral faces of a closed section type column or positions to which beams are connected. CONSTITUTION:To positions to which beams are connected on two side faces adjoining each other of a column, holes 6 in the height about half the height of the beam and in the width the same as that of the beam are provided. And to positions corresponding to flanges of the beams on the internal faces of the column 1, stud bolts 5 are planted by operation executed through the holes 6 and after this, the holes 6 are closed by welding with covers 8 having the bolts 5 and divided into two pieces. In another instance, the bolts are planted to the internal end external peripheries of the holes 6 provided to the column 1 by operation executed through the holes snd after this, hollow and box-shaped beam-installing brackets are installed thereto and are made integral with the column with concrete placed to the inside thereof. And in the third instance, split bolts 10 whose tips split with pulling rods 13 pulled backward are provided and are inserted into the inside of the column 1 through the holes thereof and are made to split. After welding both the column and the bolts together, concrete is placed thereto. Thereby smooth transmission of load can be made possible and work can be executed easily.
