The toner pulverized and restored to a toner grain size before coagulation is supplied toward a developing roll 14 by the comb-shaped rotary body 11. Then, the supplied toner is regulated by a regulating blade 15 and the uniform thin layer of the toner is formed on the developing roll 14. At this time, a lump of toner not pulverized to the grain size for practical use, that is, not sufficiently pulverized is dropped by gravity without passing through the regulating blade 15 and repulverized in a toner coagulation pulverizing chamber 9.

CONSTITUTION:Toner dropped/supplied from a toner replenishing container 9 is rubbed with an electrifying brush 1, a friction member 27 and a carrying roller 2 and charged by the friction. The electrified toner 13 is electrically stuck to the carrying roller 2 and carried up to a supplying position on the electrostatic latent image carrier 12. The stuck electrified toner forms a toner layer having a constant thickness in the iongitudinal direction of the carrying roller 2, in such a manner that a regulating plate 17 is arranged without contact with the carrying roller 2. A scraping brush 3 is disposed at a place where the electrified toner 13 arrives, so that the electrified toner 13 stuck to the carrying roller 2 is scrapped and then, stuck to the electrostatic latent image of the electrostatic latent image 12, to form the toner image.

    • PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a developing roller and to prevent torque caused by the friction between a photosensitive body and the roller from being increased by using a comparatively soft non-magnetic substance such as aluminum as the developing roller and bringing it into contact with the photosensitive body with a certain pressure. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body 1 is generally obtained by coating the surface of a metallic pipe stock with a photosensitive material. Plotting is executed on the electrified body 1 according to an image signal by a laser beam 11 from an optical unit 10 and developer is made to stick on the plotted part by the developing roller 3. The developer stuck on the surface of the body 1 is transferred on a recording medium passed between a transfer device 7 and the body 1 and an image is formed. Besides, it is thermally fixed by a fixing device 7 and a printing process is finished. The roller 3 is brought into contact with the body 1 by the fixed pressure. Then, it is preferable that the comparatively soft material such as aluminum or copper is used as the material of the roller 3. Besides, it is preferable that the rotating directions thereof are reversed in order to reduce the torque between the body 1 and the roller 3.

    • PURPOSE:To correct deviation of the position of each color toner image, which periodically occurs at specific places in a recorded image. CONSTITUTION:A full-colored image recording device comprises a transfer drum 1 for carrying a recording paper, and a plurality of single-color electrophotographic processes 2 through 5 for forming each single-colored toner image, wherein the transferred images obtained by the respective processes 2 through 5 are superposed on the recording paper to record thereon a full-color image. In this device, the extent of deviation of the position of each color on the transfer drum 1 is metered for a time corresponding to the least common multiple of various periodical operations in the respective processes 2 through 5. Address offset data on each scanning line are calculated on the basis of the extent of deviation of the positions thus metered, and the calculated results are stored in a memory in advance. When the transfer drum 1 is operated, the address offset data corresponding to each scanning line are read out from the memory to correct addresses that are in both the horizontal and the vertical scanning directions of a pixel on each scanning line.

    • PURPOSE:To make a useless time that recording is not executed by a recording part the same degree as the recording time of only monochrome that a carrying path is not used by replacing the recording order of image data divided to the monochrome and successively recording the divided image data on a paper carried by the loop-like carrying path based on the replaced recording order. CONSTITUTION:A multiple color image is recorded by carrying the paper 12 to a recording position from a paper supply tray 6, recording the image of first color on the paper 12, returning the paper 12 where the image of the first color is recorded to the recording position again with the aid of the loop-like carrying path, that means, a transfer drum 7 next and superposing the image of the different color from the first color upon the initial image. After such processing is repeated as many times as the number of colors used for recording, the paper is carried to a paper ejection tray 11 and the multicolor recording is finished. Then, by executing the recording on the other paper in a term that the image is not recorded is not recorded on the paper 12, that means, while the paper 12 is returned to the recording position by the carrying part 7, the efficient recording can be executed. Thus, the useless time of the recording part is made the same degree as the recording time of only the monochrome that the loop-like carrying path is not used.
