摘要： PURPOSE:To execute the maintenance having a reliability in a state that a process remains moved by providing a means for calculating a difference to a mean value of an output one operating means and an output of other operating means, at every operating means, and for making an output of the operating means invalid, when an error has exceeded a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:Each system control device 6a-6c of a turbo-generator detects a revolving speed, respectively, makes a current flow to control coils 31a-31c of an actuator 3 and controls a relief valve 2. On the other hand, in case when a fault has been generated in a part of the control device, for instance, 6c, the control device 6c outputs a controlled variable deviated from a mean value of a normal case. As a result, the control devices 6b, 6c operate so as to negate the movement of 6c in order to execute a control of a target. Comparing logical circuits 62a-62c in each control device compare the self-controlled variable with other controlled variable, and detaches the own control line when the self-controlled variable. Since no common part exists in the constitution, the maintenance having a reliability is executed in a state that a process remains moved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To correct the density variance of picture data with high accuracy by obtaining a coefficient at each grid point of a split picture for linear approximation and calculating the coefficient at each point from said coefficient at each grid point and the relative coordinates within a block to perform corrections of the digital picture distortion. CONSTITUTION:A picture 21 free from density variance and a picture 23 having density variance are supplied from digital picture input devices 22 and 24 by the control signal given from a processor 25. In this case, a peripheral histogram of a reference point P set on a picture having density variance and a peripheral histogram of a point Q on a picture free from density variance and opposite to the point P are calculated previously by means of the devices 22 and 24. The picture having the density variance is transferred to a picture memory 26 as soon as the histogram is calculated. The processor 25 sends the peripheral histograms of P and Q at grid points that are divided by (mXn) on a picture to a corrector 27 to obtain the coincidence between both histograms. Thus the density variance of pictures can be removed.

In case of no return after resending N times, the arithmetic unit 1114 sets a plug to an abnormal state register 1118 to show that there is an impediment on the loop 2' judging that there is an impediment on the small loop 2'. On detecting impediment on the loop 2', nodes 23' and 24' report the result of detection. A node that received the result of detection, specifies that there is an impediment on the loop between nodes 23' and 23'.
