SOLUTION: After a conductive layer pattern 50a which becomes a floating gate of a flash memory is formed in a memory cell region of a main surface of a semiconductor board 1, a polycrystalline silicon film 52 of a film thickness (b) which is larger than a difference (a) between the conductive layer pattern 50a and a gate oxide film 42 is formed in a memory cell region and a peripheral circuit region of a main surface of the semiconductor board 1. Thereafter, the polycrystalline silicon film 52 is made flat by a CMP(chemical mechanical polishing) method for eliminating a difference between the polycrystalline silicon film 52 of an upper part of the conductive layer pattern 50a and the polycrystalline silicon film 52 of an upper part of gate oxide films 31, 42.

摘要： PURPOSE: To decrease frictional resistance in driving, so as to secure high-speed controllability and high-precision control by using a ball bearing as a bearing for holding a throttle shaft on a driving force transmitting side, and using a plane bearing as a bearing for holding a throttle shaft on a detector side. CONSTITUTION: A throttle valve 1 is fixed to a throttle shaft 3 supported to a supporting body 2, and a two-body structure in which the throttle shaft 3 and a throttle position sensor 13 are integrally rotated by a brush 15 is made. In this case, a ball bearing 9 rotatably fitted to the throttle shaft 3 is used as a bearing to be housed into the supporting body 2 on a driving force transmitting part 10 side. A plane bearing 11 having an insertion structure to the throttle shaft 3 is used as a bearing on a throttle position sensor 13. The surface to be brought in internal contact with the throttle shaft 3 is coated with resin 12 as a low-slide resistance member. Thereby, high-speed controllability is enhanced.

This constitution simplifies and reduces a cost of an intake system containing the swirl generating valve to regulate the swirl strength of air for combustion in the intake port and a drive means and advances a lean air-fuel ratio combustion limit.

Further, a power to the stator winding 31 is fed to a power source 11 through a driver 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control opening of a throttle valve at high speed and in high precision by using a light weight member or a low slide resistance member for a speed reducer in the case of driving and controlling an opening and closing drive member of the throttle valve through the speed reducer by an actuator. CONSTITUTION:Driving force from an actuator 101 for throttle valve opening and closing operation is transmitted to an opening and closing drive member 103 of a throttle valve through a speed reducer 102. A control position of the opening and closing drive member 103 is detected by a detection means 104. A detected control position of the throttle valve and control target opening are comparatively judged by a drive unit 105, and opening of the throttle valve is feed-back controlled. In the aforementioned constitution, for the speed reducer 102, a light weight member or a low slide resistance member is used. Additionally, as the light weight member or the low slide resistance member, a plastic member or a metal member applied with fluorine coating or fluorine contained resin is used. Consequently, high speed controllability and high precision controllability for throttle valve control are secured.

A spring transmission mechanism 11 comprises the control level 11a of the throttle valve shaft 3, the throttle lever 11b of an acceleration pedal 14, and a plurality of lost motion springs 11c, 11d. In this case, the electromagnetic clutch 8 is placed in its connected state so as to control the throttle valve 1 by the motor 6 when the transmission mechanism 11 comes in trouble condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control properly mixing ratio in acceleration according to a warming-up condition in a carbureter having an acceleration piston system for correcting the mixing ratio in acceleration by providing a duty solenoid for controlling fuel discharge in response to water temperature in a fuel path. CONSTITUTION:A carbureter, after sucking fuel by opening and closing a throttle valve 1, pressurizes fuel by a piston 2 and injects fuel from an injector 3. Then, the carbureter is provided additionally with a duty solenoid 5 though an O-ring 10 or the like. The duty solenoid 5 is controlled by a computer 7 through a plunger 12 on the basis of the detecting signal of a water temperature sensor 6. For example, in cold time of an engine, an acceleration system path 8 is fully opened by the duty solenoid 5 to supply the maximum discharge. Also, after the completion of warming-up, the discharge from said path 8 is limited to supply rate of mixing corresponding to the warming-up condition from the injector 3 to the engine.
