摘要： The present invention relates to a method for exchanging heat between a primary fluid (W) and a secondary fluid 5 (X) and a heat exchanger (11) for heat exchange as well as an arrangement and a kit comprising a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a first and a second fluid circuit (19, 20) extending through the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger further comprises a stack of fluid plates (12, 13, 40) and a membrane (16) arranged between each of the fluid plates (12, 13, 40) where one interspace is formed between each fluid plate and membrane. The first and the second fluid circuit (19, 20) is each constituted by a passage extending through the fluid plates and membranes and along the fluid plates and membranes in at least two interspaces (17, 18). According to the method for heat exchanging a primary fluid (W) is passed through the first fluid circuit (19) and a secondary fluid (X) is passed through the second fluid circuit (20) such that the primary fluid (W) is passed along one side of a membrane (16) and simultaneously the secondary fluid (X) is passed along the other side of the membrane (16). Heat is thus exchanged between the primary fluid (W) and the secondary fluid (X) over the membrane (16).

摘要： A control device for a blood treatment machine performs a connection test (50) by causing the blood treatment machine to switch (51, 53) between a first and a second operating state by reversing a blood pump so as to change a flow direction of blood through both a dialyzer and access devices connected to a patient. Based on an output signal of at least one sensor in the blood treatment machine (52, 54), the control device computes (55) an efficiency change parameter that represents a change in in-vivo clearance of the blood treatment machine during the switch of the blood treatment machine between the first and second operating states. The control device evaluates (56) the efficiency change parameter to jointly detect connection errors at the dialyzer, resulting in co-current flow of treatment fluid and blood through the dialyzer, and at the access devices, resulting in access recirculation of blood.

摘要： A surveillance device (25) monitors the integrity of a fluid connection (C) between first and second fluid containing systems (S1, S2) based on at least one time-dependent measurement signal from a pressure sensor (4a-4c) in the first fluid containing system (S1). The first fluid containing system (S1) comprises a first pulse generator (3), and the second fluid containing system (S2) comprises a second pulse generator (3'). The pressure sensor (4a-4c) is arranged to detect first pulses originating from the first pulse generator (3) and second pulses originating from the second pulse generator (3'). The integrity of the fluid connection (C) is determined based on the presence of second pulses in the measurement signal. The second pulses may be detected by analysing the measurement signal in the time domain and/or by using timing information indicative of the timing of the second pulses in said at least one measurement signal. The analysis may be based on a parameter value that represents a distribution of signal values within a time window of the measurement signal. For example, the parameter value may be calculated as a statistical dispersion measure of the signal values, or may result from a matching of the signal values within the time window to a predicted temporal signal profile of a second pulse. The fluid connection (C) may be established between a human blood system and an extracorporeal blood flow circuit, e.g. for extracorporeal blood treatment.

摘要： A filtering device receives a pressure signal (P) from a pressure sensor in a fluid containing system, the pressure signal (P) comprising first pulses originating from a first periodic pulse generator and second pulses. The device acquires a reference signal which is indicative of a current operating frequency of the first periodic pulse generator. The device identifies, based on the reference signal, a plurality of harmonics ( v 1 - v 8 ) associated with the current operating frequency, computes correlation values (λ̂ 1 - λ̂ 8 ) between the harmonics and the pressure signal (P) within a time window in the pressure signal (P), and generates a filtered signal by subtracting, as a function of the correlation values (λ̂ 1 - λ̂ 8 ), the harmonics from the pressure signal (P). The use of correlation values is a direct, fast, robust and computation-efficient approach for estimating the signal contribution ( d̂ ) from first pulses in the pressure signal (P).
