摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid such problems specific to a fiber-reinforced concrete using an usual concrete that the concrete has low initial strength, large dry shrinkage, poor durability such as freezing resistance. CONSTITUTION:The fiber-reinforced concrete hardened body is prepared by hardening a kneaded material essentially comprising cement, calcium fluoroaluminate expressed by xCaO.yAl2O3.zCaF2 [where, x/y/z=1/(0.65-1.5)/(0.01-0.3)], fiber and an inorg. sulfate, and then subjecting the surface of the hardened body to thermal spray treatment with a spray material comprising, for example, alumina and calcium carbonate. By this method, the obtd. fiber- reinforced concrete can give initial strength and has excellent dimensional stability and durability.

The fluidizing agent is used in an amount of preferably about 0.1-2pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. powder. On the other hand, the setting regulator is suitably used according to the purpose.

To 100 pts.wt. obtained mixture >=60 pts.wt. water is then added and the resultant mixture is kneaded into a slurry state and subsequently allowed to stand for 2min-5hr. A cement, sand, gravel, etc., are then blended with the resultant mixture mentioned above so that the amount of the above-mentioned mixture may be 10-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total amount between the above-mentioned mixture and the cement followed by molding and atmospheric-pressure steam curing, thus obtaining the objective cement molding having a high flexural strength.
