CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 100 pts.wt. fluorohauyne [(CaO)3(Al2O3)3CaF2] having >=3,000cm /g, preferably 4,000-8,000cm /g Blaine value with 30-300 pts.wt., preferably 50-200 pts.wt. inorg. sulfate, preferably II-type anhydrous gypsum having >=2,000cm /g, preferably 3,000-8,000cm /g Blaine value is added as a hardening accelerating agent to cement such as ordinary, high early strength or ultrahigh early strength Portland cement by 7-50 pts.wt., preferably 10-40 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt., in total, of the cement and the hardening accelerating agent. They are mixed, kneaded with water, molded and hardened by heating to 40-100 deg.C to obtain the cement products.

    • PURPOSE:To improve workability and flexural strength by kneading a mixture of a calcium aluminate and a gypsum with water and subsequently blending a cement therewith. CONSTITUTION:With 100 pts. wt. calcium aluminate having a particle size of >=2500cm /g blaine value composed of one or two or more selected from CaO.Al2O3, 3CaO.3Al2O3.CaF2, etc., 80-250 pts.wt. gypsum having >=2500cm /g blaine value composed of one or two or more selected from anhydrite, a soluble anhydrous gypsum, etc., is blended. To 100 pts.wt. obtained mixture >=60 pts.wt. water is then added and the resultant mixture is kneaded into a slurry state and subsequently allowed to stand for 2min-5hr. A cement, sand, gravel, etc., are then blended with the resultant mixture mentioned above so that the amount of the above-mentioned mixture may be 10-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total amount between the above-mentioned mixture and the cement followed by molding and atmospheric-pressure steam curing, thus obtaining the objective cement molding having a high flexural strength.
