摘要： La presente invención se refiere a un método, equipo de usuario y una estación base adaptada para manejar reportes de retroalimentación del estado de canal en una forma más flexible. Más específicamente, se proporciona un procedimiento para la retroalimentación del estado de canal que utiliza los recursos disponibles para la transmisión de retroalimentación del estado de canal de forma más eficiente. Esto se obtiene incluyendo la disponibilidad de la concesión del enlace ascendente hacia los activadores de reportes de retroalimentación del estado de canal utilizado para determinar cuando y como enviar la retroalimentación del estado de canal desde el UE, es decir, una solicitud de reporte de retroalimentación del estado de canal se puede enviar por medio de una estación base en una concesión de enlace ascendente a un UE que consiste en una indicación de una cantidad esperada de información que se va a regresar.

If, however, the UE ha s not received an uplink grant, a second type of channel state feedback info rmation is transmitted (405) to the base station. Different types of channel state feedback information enables a UE and an associated base station to u se available resources more efficiently, when requesting for and delivering channel state feedback information.

摘要： A radio network provides centralized load control in order to control uplink interference in a cell while at the same time permitting adaptation to fast channel variations. The radio network sends to a mobile terminal a percentage of time that the mobile terminal may transmit over a radio channel in the uplink direction to the radio network. The mobile determines a current or future condition of the radio channel and restricts uplink transmissions based on the received percentage and the radio channel condition. Transmissions are restricted to times when the current or future condition is favorable up to the percentage amount. Channel condition favorability may be determined by the mobile station, in one example embodiment, by comparing the radio channel condition to an average condition of the channel, such as a local or moving average channel condition. Also in an example embodiment, the mobile may determine a current or future channel condition using transmit power control commands received from the radio network.
