    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cohesive device capable of holding insulation with a simple constitution, without causing electric current leakage by a deposit of an exhaust particulate to an insulator part even in the presence of the exhaust particulate of the high concentration, in an exhaust processing system of an internal combustion engine using corona discharge. SOLUTION: A corona discharge electrode 2 and a conductive net 3 being a dust collecting electrode are oppositely arranged in an exhaust passage 11 of the cohesive device 1. The corona discharge electrode 2 has a discharge part 22 positioned in a substantially central part of the exhaust passage 11, a conductive part 21 introducing high voltage from an external power source to the discharge part 22, and the insulator part 23 holding the outer periphery of the conductive part 21. A Pt carrying part projecting in a ring shape is arranged on the outer periphery of the insulator part 23, and the insulation is held by removing the sticking exhaust particulate by the catalytic action of Pt included on at least its outside surface.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve capable of providing a stable pressure regulating characteristic and reducing a pressure fluctuation and noise. SOLUTION: This pressure regulating valve 7 is constituted of a housing 14, valve body 15, valve member 20 and a compression coil spring 30. A pressure control part 21 is provided between an abutting part 20a of the valve member 20 and a valve seat 15a. A tapered angle in a tapered surface of the pressure control part 21 is set smaller than a tapered angle in a tapered surface of the abutting part 20a. When the abutting part 20a of the valve member 20 is separated from the valve seat 15a, a variation rate is smoothed in an opening area between the pressure control part 21 and the valve seat 15a, so that a stable pressure regulating characteristic can be obtained, and a variation rate in a flow amount of fuel can be mitigated. Accordingly, a pressure fluctuation in a low pressure fuel passage is reduced, and a noise generated from a fuel supply device can be reduced. By providing the abutting part 20a and the pressure control part 21 in a separate location of the valve member 20, a freedom degree of design of the valve member 20 can be enhanced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pressure pulsation damping device to damp both pressure pulsation due to a water hammer and pressure pulsation due to a flow rate. SOLUTION: By disposing a fuel pressure pulsation damping device body 10 between a low pressure piping 30 on the high pressure supply pump side and a low pressure piping 20 on the fuel pump side, both pressure pulsation due to a water hammer propagated from a high pressure supply pump to the fuel pump side and pressure pulsation due to a flow rate sucked from a low pressure piping side to a high pressure supply pump and forcibly returned from a high pressure supply pump to the low pressure piping side are damped. Thus, durability of a low pressure piping 20 on the fuel pump side, a fuel pump, and a member at the internal part of a fuel pump and a fuel filter is ensured. Further, since the fuel pressure pulsation damping device body 10 simply consists of a housing 100, a piston 1, a spring 2, and stoppers 3 and 4, high durability is ensured compared with a pulsation damper having a diaphragm made of rubber.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure supply pump which can control the discharge amount of the fuel at a high accuracy by maintaining the pressure of the sucked fuel at a constant value, and can simplify the fuel feeding system. SOLUTION: The fuel fed from a low pressure pump is sucked from a suction passage 12a to a fuel pressure chamber 16, and the fuel in the fuel pressure chamber 16 is pressurized by the reciprocating movement of a plunger 43, and it is delivered from a delivery valve 30. In a pressure regulating valve 50, a valve member 51 is separated form a valve seat 53, when the fuel pressure in a fuel passage 54 communicating with the suction passage 12a is made at a specific pressure or higher, so as to regulate the pressure of the sucked fuel at a specified pressure. A vapor generated in a high pressure supply pump 10 in a high temperature restarting time of the engine is exhausted to the outside of the pump from the pressure regulating valve 50.
