摘要： The present invention relates to a rotation nozzle type cleaner and, more specifically, to a rotation nozzle type cleaner capable of removing foreign substances of various substrates, glass plates, wafers, or surfaces by spraying air from a rotating nozzle. The cleaner comprises a receiving housing (11), an air supply device (12), an air inducing pipe (15), air distributing pipes (16a, 16b), a spray nozzle (161), an ionizer (141), and a dust collection hood (17). The bottom surface of the receiving housing positioned on the upper part of a substrate is formed in a disk shape. The air supply device is arranged inside the receiving housing (11). The air inducing pipe is extended from the air supply device (12) to the center of the bottom surface of the receiving housing (11) and induces the air of the air supply device (12). The air distributing pipes are extended from the air inducing pipe (15) to the bottom surface. The spray nozzle is installed in the air distributing pipes (16a, 16b) and sprays the air to the substrate. The ionizer is installed on the outside of the spray nozzle (161). The dust collection hood collects the foreign substances separated from the substrate. The present invention is provided to remove the foreign substances from the substrate by rotating the spray nozzle (161) with the rotation of the air inducing pipe (15), thereby inducing the foreign substances to the dust collection hood (17).
