    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of luminous boundary blocks showing the boundary of roads is provided to save manufacturing costs and improve luminosity by using waste glasses and luminous epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: The luminous boundary blocks are manufactured by the following steps: (i) forming a conventional concrete block layer by mixing aggregate, cement, water and admixture according to the mixing ratio of conventional concrete boundary block, pouring the mixture into a block-shaped mold until the mixture arrives at the 70-80% height of the mold, and vibrational pressing; (ii) forming a luminous concrete block layer by adding 30-80pts.wt.(based on the amount of aggregate in step (i)) of luminous waste glasses to the concrete block components, pouring the mixture into the rest of the mold, and vibrational pressing; (iii) demolding, curing for 24hrs and polishing the surface of the luminous layer. The luminous glasses are obtained by coating waste glasses, ground to more than 10mm(>=90pts.wt) and more than 1mm(>=5pts.wt.), with a luminous epoxy resin containing more than 3pts.wt(based on the resin) of luminous paint.

    • PURPOSE: A water content controller for livestock wastewater treatment and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The water content controller is characterized in that water and odor of livestock wastewater is adsorbed and removed respectively by the water content controller. Also pH of wastewater is maintained at 7.5-8.5 by the controller, so composting time of livestock wastewater is reduced within 20 days compared with sawdust. CONSTITUTION: The water content controller comprises 35 to 60 wt.% of paper ash or waste zeolite catalyst, 30 to 60 wt.% of loess, and 3 to 8 wt.% of lime. The water content controller is made by (a) mixing 35 to 60 wt.% of paper ash or waste zeolite catalyst, 30 to 60 wt.% of loess, and 3 to 8 wt.% of lime; (b) incinerating the mixture at 1150 to 1300 deg.C for 10 minutes or more; and (c) crushing incinerated mixture to be 2 to 4 mm size.

    • 본 발명은 콘크리트에 혼입되면 물 및 이산화탄소와 반응하여 자기치유 수화물을 생성하는 콘크리트 혼화재로서 건조수축 저항성과 조강성을 개선시킨 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재와, 이를 바람직하게 이용한 자기치유 터널 라이닝 콘크리트에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재는, 에트링자이트 생성계 팽창성 무기광물, 수용성 무기질계 겔화재, 알칼리 설페이트, 알루민산나트륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 에트링자이트 생성계 팽창성 무기광물 15~85중량%, 수용성 무기질계 겔화재 5~25중량%, 알칼리 설페이트 5~45중량%, 알루민산나트륨 5~25중량%를 포함하여 조성하는 것이 바람직하다.
      본 발명에 따른 자기치유 터널 라이닝용 콘크리트는, 시멘트, 플라이애시, 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재를 포함하여 조성된 결합재로 배합하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 결합재는 시멘트 70~91중량%, 플라이애시 5~25중량%, 자기치유 특성의 개량 콘크리트 혼화재 4~8중량%를 포함하여 조성하는 것이 바람직하며, 나아가 폴리카르본산계 혼화제를 전체 결합재의 0.5~2중량% 더 포함시켜 배합하는 것이 바람직하다.

The aluminosilicate-based lightweight foamed concrete composition includes 100 parts by weight of the aluminosilicate-based inorganic binder, 2.6-3.8 parts by weight of peroxide, and 3.5-5.0 parts by weight of lightweight refractory aggregate. The aluminosilicate-based inorganic binder is based on 55-70 weight% of aluminosilicate inorganic mineral and 30-45 weight% of an alkalisilicate aqueous solution. A method for manufacturing lightweight foamed concrete-based products mixes the composition using a mixer. The mixture is dried and vapor-cured.
