    • PURPOSE: A one body type electrode assembly is provide to prevent a short circuit due to contraction of a separator, to solve a problem about increasing process time and lack of electrode uniformity due to wetting because an electrolyte solution is impregnated into an electrode during production. CONSTITUTION: A one body type electrode assembly(100) comprises a positive electrode(110), a negative electrode(120), and a three-phase separation layer integrated to the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The three-phase separation layer comprises: a liquid phase component comprising ionic salt, improving ion conductivity of electrodes by being injected to the electrodes from a separation layer at production process of the electrode assembly; a solid component supporting a separation layer between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and a polymer matrix providing adhesion to the positive electrode and the negative electrode while having affinity to the liquid component.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a negative electrode active material is provided to manufacture a negative electrode active material of a unique structure in which a composite coating layer with high uniformity is formed on an outside of a crystalline carbon-based core. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a negative electrode active material consisting of low crystalline carbon and/or amorphous carbon, and metal and/or non-metal capable of absorbing and discharging ions comprises: a step of mixing the metal and/or nonmetal capable of absorbing and discharging ions with a precursor of a raw material of the low crystalline and/or amorphous carbon; a step of preparing a mixture for coating by refining the mixture; a step of preparing a core-shell-precursor in which a core comprising crystalline carbon-based material coated with a raw material for coating by mixing the mixture for coating with the crystalline carbon-based material; and a step of carbonizing the low crystalline carbon and/or amorphous carbon raw material by sintering the core-shell precursor.
