    • PURPOSE: A jig for charging and discharging secondary battery is provided to effectively radiate heat generated from a cell at charging and discharging, to cool a whole cell, and to remove cell-degrading facts due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A jig for charging and discharging secondary battery comprises a base panel(100), and a terminal connection unit(200). A metallic cooling pin is installed in the terminal connection unit which fastens an electrode terminal of the secondary battery. An air-cooling or water-cooling type apparatus cooling the cooling pin is installed in the jig for charging and discharging secondary battery. The air-cooling type apparatus is a cooling fan. The material of the cooling fan is copper or aluminum. The terminal connection unit consists of a first conductive part(241) and a second conductive part(242). The cooling pin is installed in one of the conductive part and the second conductive part.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for charging a battery pack are provided to efficiently preventing performance degradation due to a voltage deviation while maintaining continuity of load driving by dividing a part of power provided to load. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) is composed of a plurality of secondary battery cells. A power line(200) supplies power in the battery pack to load. A charging line(300) is electrically connected to the power line. A switching unit(400) includes a relay interposed between the charging line and each secondary battery cell. A measuring unit(500) measures each voltage of the secondary battery cells.
