A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly in which a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead are electrically connected to each other; and a packing material sealing the electrode assembly in order to expose a part of the negative electrode lead to the outside. The components apply to the negative electrode lead and/or positive electrode lead.

The venting assembly is located between one or more secondary batteries.
