摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a battery cell is provided to improve productivity and quality at the same time, by quickly and absolutely removing gas generated during activation and residual electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery cell comprises: a step of sealing residual parts except one side end of a battery case in which electrode assembly is mounted; a step of injecting electrolyte through the unsealed end, and sealing the end through thermosetting; a step of activating the unit cell by charging and discharging; a step of punching an unsealed part inside the end to form a through-hole connecting to inside the battery case; and a step of applying vacuum to the unsealed part, in order to remove gas generated during the activation step, and residual electrolyte.

摘要： PURPOSE: A folding device of stack/folding type electrode assembly is provided to increase rotation speed without change of existing device, thereby improving process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A folding device comprises: a web supply part, in which a plate-like unit cells are arranged with constant gap, on the top of a separating film; a winding jig for rotating the first unit cell of the web to laminate unit cells in order with the state of being inserted of the separating film; and a rotary axis correction part for location-collecting the rotary axis of the winding jig in the progress direction of the web. The rotary axis correction part periodically change the location of the rotary axis to the compensating amount of the X axis speed change(Vx) of the web, which is generated during the winding of flat-type unit cell, for maintaining the tensile strength of the web constantly.
