    • An environmental sensor platform of chemicals by using ciliates is provided to perform accurate and detailed analysis of chemicals, so that the kind or concentration selectivity of various compounds is tested. A microfluidic chip by using the same for controlling fluid flow with gas pressure is also provided to analyze rapidly chemicals with a small amount of sample qualitatively and quantitatively. A microfluidic chip containing ciliates having mobility and sensitivity to chemicals as an environmental sensor for analysis of chemicals in solution comprises: a first chamber(1) and a second chamber(2); a connection channel for connecting the first and second chambers; a valve(5) located in the center of the connection channel; a first fluid inlet for introducing a living body into the first chamber; and a second fluid inlet for introducing a testing sample into the second chamber and an outlet. The microfluidic chip additionally comprises tigon tube and solenoid valve.
