摘要： A method for manufacturing a one-piece type abutment is provided to achieve a corresponding functionality and a mass production by considering an individual characteristic of patient and using a precise machine on the basis of a 3D designed virtual tooth. A method for manufacturing a one-piece type abutment includes the steps of: creating a 3D image of an oral cavity of a patient, in which an implant fixture is to be transplanted, on a computer, by scanning a gypsum tooth model obtained from the oral cavity in a 3D manner; designing a virtual tooth(30) by considering a row of teeth, in which a tooth is taken out, a height of neighbored teeth, and an occlusion state with upper/lower teeth, on the basis of the created image; designing an abutment(10), corresponding to the designed virtual tooth so as to be connected to the implant fixture; transmitting a data of the designed abutment to a precise machine; and cutting and processing the designed abutment in a one-piece shape by using the precise machine.
