When a control part determines that an failure has occurred in the cooling fan or the air passage based on an output of a sensor which detects a physical quantity of the cooling fan or the air passage (number of rotation of fan, temperature, air volume etc.), the control part controls the cooling fan and an inverter, and stops the supply of high frequency power to the induction heating coils and stops the drive of the fan.
