摘要： PURPOSE:To rotate a sealing roller at a necessary time only for a necessary period by controlling the sealing roller with the controlling device of a driver so that the timing of turning start-up is made the best and also controlling the turning period at the necessary lower limit. CONSTITUTION:A servomotor 22 is utilized as the driving source of a sealing roller 2. This sealing roller 2 is joined to the servomotor 22 directly or by a transmission gear such as a timing belt. On the other hand, the turning state of the draw rollers 5 is controlled by a detection signal detected by a detector 21 (encoder, etc.) directly interlocked therewith. Further the said turning state is controlled by a signal sent from the detector 21 which shows the timing of basic rotation of a machine joined to a basic rotation axis 25 performing one rotation for one cycle of the machine and a signal for showing the feed length of a film. A controlling device 20 performs rotational control of the servomotor 22 by a controlling signal. Thereby rotation of the sealing roller 2 is not allowed to coincide with rotation of the draw rollers 5. Control is enabled for turning in the optimum conditions by the material and the shape of the film. Operation in an ideal state is enabled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an inclination flaw of a cover by controlling a guide rail and allowing a cover receiving base to be lifted with a lifter in a receiving period of the cover and executing continuously and stably the feeding with the turret of the cover and the feeding with the cover receiving base without discontinuing them. CONSTITUTION:A cover receiving base 11 starts ascending through a compression spring to the pedestal 32 of a vertical axis 13 by the engagement of the annular groove 22 of a lifting cam 21 and a cam follower 19 in a position A, and still continues to be lifted in a position where a cover 1 is pushed by a feeding jaw of a turret and varied to a motion in the main body rotating direction. Subsequently, in a position C where the motion of the cover 1 becomes the main body peripheral velocity, the cover receiving base 11 is lifted and receives the cover 1. Then, the cover receiving base 11 starts to be lowered slowly in a state that the cover is received and lowering is completed at a lowering starting position D. On the other hand, the cover receiving base 11 advances together with an inspection head and when it passes through the position D, the inspection head is lowered from the upper part and the cover 1 goes to an inspection section sealed hermetically in the inspection head. This section is a section where the cam 21 is not present thereon and by the elasticity of a spring 18, a lifter 30 and the pedestal 32 are pressed down in the lower direction, a load by air pressure at the time of inspection is received by the upper face of a table 2 and the damage of the follower 19 is prevented.
